Poha Upma
It is a very common break fast and a simple, quick snack item. It also called as rice flakes in English and poha in Hindi. It can be packed to kids as lunch to school.I have seen my Mom preparing with fine Atukulu but I tried with Medium variety one. It can even be prepared with thick variety.To make it more nutritious you can also add sprouts and vegetables and a few drops of lemon juice to it, but for me this is fine.
